I’m Skye, founder of Trail & Co. and Skye’s the Limit Dog Training.

For years, I have worked closely with dogs and their people through Skye’s the Limit Dog Training. That work made me very selective about who I trust with my own dogs.
I wanted somewhere I could leave them and feel confident in the people making decisions for them while I was gone. I was not willing to compromise on that simply because I needed somewhere for them to stay.
That is why I created Trail & Co.
I have lived with hundreds of dogs through Skye’s the Limit Dog Training over the years, and no two have needed exactly the same thing from me.
That experience taught me to make safety the priority and never assume that what works for one dog will work for another. I learned to pay attention, stay flexible, and change course when a dog needs something different.
When someone leaves their dog with us, they are trusting us to make those decisions while they are gone. We do not take that lightly, and expect the people who work at Trail & Co. to feel the same way.

I choose the Trail & Co. team with my own dogs in mind.Routines and protocols can be taught. I also need people who pay attention without being reminded and genuinely care about doing right by the dogs in their care.
I want people who ask questions, speak up when something does not feel right, and take the responsibility seriously.
I would not trust someone with your dog if I would not trust them with mine.
